It's so true that you can't start a diet on a Saturday!
I had the best of intentions, got up on Saturday and went to make an egg white omellete (0 points) and it just didn't work, was absolutely inedible. Ended up having a WW soup (1 point) and 2 slices of toast (2 points) ; which was not too bad.
Had a packet of Special K Mini Breaks (2 points) mid afternoon as well.
Dinner came, was making the Pasta Bake with Cherry Tomatoes (6 points) and a Garlic Pizza Bread (9 points) to make me up to my 20 points.
However, the pasta bake was inedible (recurring theme?) so we ended up getting a chinese ; fried rice and curry sauce - too many points!
Saturday = Fail.
Sunday wasn't much better!
Got up, had my cup-a-soup (1 point) and 2 slices of toast (2 points) and a glass of exotic juice (1 point).
Went to go to my gran's for dinner but plans changed...and we ended up in weatherspoons!
Sunday = Disaster!
New week, diet is on!
