Sorry not updated, im back on placement and have been manic! On plan though but forgot to weigh yesterday morn (up at 5.30am and thats the last thing I was thinking about!). I dont wana mess up my weigh days so im gonna wait a whole extra week and weigh in for 2weeks and hopefully have a nice decent number!

Looked like a lovely food day yesterday.
You definately have more will power than me. I definately couldn't go two weeks without stepping on the scales. But you are right, you'll get a lovely number after 2 weeks. Hope today is good to you x
