Right. Im back on the diet properly now. I still have cough and runny nose but generally Im ok now.
Don't go back to work til thursday so gonna try and start my excersising in that time.
Todays food:
Breakfast: Skipped due to hangover and feeling quite ill. Ooops!
Lunch: ww chicken casserole and jacket potato.
Dinner: Will be homemade veg lasagne.
Im drinking copious amounts of water to rehydrate me after far too good a night out last night. Mind it has been my only night out due to being ill so I don't think Ive done too badly this holiday season.
