Possibly a bit of a long post so sorry in advance!
I've been following the slimming world ee plan for a few weeks now and am getting a bit confused. My losses/gains so far have been:
Week 1 - minus 4lb
Week 2 - sts
Week 3 - minus 2lb
Week 4 - plus 1/2 lb
I've followed the plan fully and so a bit confused as to why I have only lost half of the time and even put some on when it wasn't star week

The last week I ate 2/3 fruit and veg with each meal thinking this might help but I put on half a pound and not sure why.
i have been using my syns each day, making sure that I don't go above 15. I considered cutting these down but have heard that people tend to have better losses when they use their syns.
Can anybody give me any guidance or suggestions on what I can do please?
