What can you take whilst on lipotrim for constapation apart from fibreclear?

Hi Andrea,
pick yourself up some Dulcolax from your nearest chemist or Tesco/Asda.
I have the capsules and take 1-2 before bed and wake up the next morning with pains and the urge to go. I have only ever had to use these tablets once as I managed to stay regular afterwards but they were fab for me!! Whatever you do don't force yourself, I made the silly mistake of forcing and gave myself piles an experience I do not wish on my worst enemy. Goodluck x x x

Hi soontobeskinnyminnie, i am feeling so much better, I went to tesco that night and got some and was happy the next morning! I had my second weigh in today and lost another 7lb so that's a stone in 2 weeks x
