nah just being greedy would like to get down to 12 stone fro next years holiday(aug) just being careful maint great, staying in between OWL/maint plus gym work. slow but sure but harder now the winters coming
I didn't photograph my brekkie but it was 2 black farmer sossies, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms, cherry toms, 3 slices ayrshire bacon and a slice of black pudding - with BROWN sauce of course. I too am on maint but still not confident enough to eat toast as after being on such a vlcd for a long time am still quiet scared of major carbs but my version of maint works for me and I have a wifie to do the washing up lol xx
