It really was very good - I'm in love with The Hairy Bikers!
I felt a bit daunted at the idea of skinning a whole chicken but it really was surprisingly easy, it does make me wonder whether you could do a similar crust using different flavours though - you know like Moroccan spices maybe or even something a bit Mediterranean? Yoghurt with lemon and oregano perhaps.
