Week 5 day 1 done. I found it really hard, it was 5min x 2 & 4min x 2 with 2 min walks in between.
I can't even look at day 2 I'm too scared!!

I'm repeating week 4 again so did wk4 d1 again today.
Walked at 5 and ran at 8 (was 5.5 and 8.5) and it seemed much more manageable so maybe that's the way forward?!
Well done everyone thats managed to move onto week 5 xx

Can I ask what speed When you're on the treadmill? I've never done any running outside, maybe I should try?!
