As explained in my diary...I am no longer on Xenical...and am on a short course of high-dose steroids too.....so, I am actually quite pleased to report I have stayed the same since my last weigh-in!.....this might slow me down with weightloss...don't know if I'm going to make my Christmas target...I think I have about 9 pounds or so left to lose for that?....but I am going to give it my best shot!

Well looking at my start weight and my weight now!!!! Eeekkkk

I've got a grand total loss of 0.6lbs

I'm 13stone 9.4lbs...

Start weight was 13stone 10lbs

How gutting is that!!!!!

But there is still 25 days till Christmas and I can lose some weight before then, surely!!!!
