Counting Simply Filling Points?

Does anyone count the points they use on simply filling days!

I've been doing ww since jan and I can see a pattern in my weight loss! I lose more weight in the weeks I eat more! I normally eat all my weeklies!

My one worry with SF is not that I'll over eat, it's that I'd undereat! So that's why I'm asking if anyone ever counts their SF days! I understand that this is the whole point of SF to get away from counting! Maybe I'm paranoid because I've stuck to pp for so long and it's hard to swap!

I guess I need to gain trust in SF! It works for so many people so I'm sure it will work!
 
I counted mine when I first started just out of curiosity and it did vary, some days I ate less than 26pp and some days it was more, so really it balanced itself out! I wouldn't think about it too much, best thing is to try it for a couple wks, if u find u r loosing less than on pp then switch back!
 
Same as Sarah, I used to count but even though some days I ate like 23pp, others I'd eat 32 so it does balance out. Good luck. X
