Hey peoples....I am gonna start counting points today and see how it goes....cant get to a meeting until Thursday week, so I'm kinda just gonna have to wing it until then:sigh:
ANYWAY....my questions are....
Chicken Breast Fillets: Do you point them raw or cooked? I have some frozen ones defrosting in the fridge for a stir fry later on... (by the way, when I was buying them I bought Lakeland as they were lower in cals & sat fat then the Tesco HL ones...how bizarre?!)
Rice: Again, do we point pre cooked weight or cooked weight?
The stir fry veggies I am ok with lol
Also....
What do you guys generally have for breakfast? I am this morning going to have a HUGE mug of tea and a bagel with Tesco EL cream cheese...gonna try NOT to slice my finger off this morning when cutting the bagel

I think the bagels are 2.5 points each..
Last time I did WW, I cant remember what I had for breakfast, and because I;ve been faffing about with CD for so long now, I have kinda been having packs in the mornings so am kinda outta ideas
I'm gonna go work out my points allowance now...someone kindly posted info on a thread I started ages ago so gonna go find it!
