They've just updated the list / veg options. The crispy shake can be made with milk or water. You now have a daily milk allowance do can choose to make the shake up with that or save it for tea or coffee. Up to you

I would have thought that turnip was quite a carby vegetable , more so than peppers , very confused now
I think Ill do my own research on various veg and form an opinion that way
 
Yeah, I went to Asda and scrutinized the turnip after I got my list. It's too high carbs for my liking so I wouldn't even try it!
 
doesnt make any sense does it ?
there are veg way lower in carbs than that , and yet they get taken off the list
 
Could some be taken off the list because of other things though...

Like citric acid.... or is that just toms.... there must be a reason.... surely lol...
