Hi
about 30 years ago on a green day I used to bake a dinner recipe which had a couscous base, a quiche-type layer of feta and eggs and a topping of sliced tomatoes. I am sure there was more to it than this but I just can‘t remember it.
Can any “old timers” like me remember this dish and share the recipe please?
