well we woke up all nice and cosy this morning! it was such a relief :)

I have my nephews first birthday party this evening, and its only dawned on me how on earth am i going to pp it!! my sister has made a low fat lasange but really how do you point the serving??? its homemade meat sauce, but the pasta sheets, cheese and homemade white sauce?? she has also made a no pp curry so just chicken and rice to point but shes quite a few people coming so i would bit mortified getting scales out in front of everyone! what do i do??? on a plus i am so rocking my skinny jeans in my nice new figure :) lol! so hopefully people will notice how well i've done and just understand that weighing is part of the programme!! lol!

I should have 18pp left for later and all weeklies intact to drink :) and im only 1lb off my next half stone i dont want to mess it up!!!

omg what a lovel day off i had yest, got heating sorted, met a heavily pregnant friend for w wee bit of retail! even managed lunch, which was a salad! then went to the hospital for a check up and i got to see the baby!! awwww makes me way toooo broody! and i am on my own with two children like its not a possibility! lol cx
 
i does look nice, think that means its free bar the chicken too! could be a good slow cooker recipe some day! cx
 
I sure did! Lovely night at my sisters in fri, went shopping and visiting on sat and yesterday the girls and me did nothing! It was lovely, had mum and dad round for dinner last night I made curry lol! Will try that recipe another day! I woke this morning at 7.40, I normally get up at seven so after the quickest dash for the shower kids were literally thrown out of bed dressed and into the car! But now I'm pure through other, whys that happen lol! Will be earlier to bed tonight and a second alarm for tomorrow!

Wi in tonight, I am the usual heavy feeling but I've decided it's just weigh in day feeling lol! Cx
 
crap :( I had 0.5lb on! lol i know its not loads but still gutting at the same time! i had a weight on once before again 0.5 and stopped eating bananas the following week which seemed to get me going weight wise again, sounds daft but i might cut out the tub of melon and pinapple everyday and maybe go with an apple or orange instead see how i go this week! need to get back on track grrrrr cx
 
you have to try diff stuff tho dont u to see what works for u!
i loveeeeee pineapple but cant have it as it sets my ibs off same as bananas!
i tend to just stik to apples oranges pears n have grapes now n then! x

not necessarily but could be!
im doubled up in pain with my stomach if i have pineapple, n its the acid, i can have a small amount of tinned pineapple but a big no no to fresh!

So just tried porridge ..... I had Allen fruit and but pot as thinking flavours might help get used to it! Ate maybe a third which is progress! Anyone recommend any flavours??

At 5pp for the pot I've pointed 2pp while my slice of toast is on lol!!!!!!! Cx
 
Its all so quiet around here lately! Hope everyone is well, it has turned oh so bitter cold! chocolate options has been a must everyday for the warmth alone lol!!!

I am very unsure how this week will go, i have barely tracked, though i have counted in my head which is a big fail to start but shouldnt be too bad! I am finding it hard to kick start the motivation again, i mean this is my first really sod it week ive had since i started in may! i have got over the fast food cravings by ignoring it, so heres to fingers crossed an ok weekend! I actually have myself convinced i look fatter lol!!!! hows that work? cx
 
It has been so quiet here the last week, some week are so hard to get motivated hopefully you will get a good result at your next weight in.

I love this weather cold and sunny real winter feel

Let's get on it! Tomorrow will be the start of it again! I know I track in my head which is another thing I will need to do properly! And my flexible 49.... Lol!!

Def in far better mind set though so fingers crossed! I also bought a lovely dress today and it's really different for me and all glam! So it's gave me enough motivation to keep up the hard work as it is only a 14! Cx
