Hi all,
I did Attack phase for a week and managed to lose 7lbs! I worked really hard and followed a workout video every other day and walked the dogs on the other days. I started Cruise Phase on Monday and Iv managed to gain 2lbs! I have been lacking with exercise this week, (Iv been doing leg lifts everyday, trying to lose the baby belly still.) So I'v done my workout video already today and will be doing it every day for rest of the week. Family keep telling me if its near time of month you can add up to 7lbs! Which it is getting near that time
Anybody have advice or similar story/views.
