Hello....... Im back.........
Well, over the last few days have been a bit hetic and I have been really nervous too...
Today I had the most fantastic day I went with my cdc Sharon to a photoshoot for the Sun newspaper Fitsquad.
It was really a wonderful day we were pampered and then had our photoshoots and it really was so much fun!!
I loved my makeup I still have it on and it really was a wonderful experience especially after losing weight and feeling so good and actually quite confident when i got into it.
If your reading this Sharon, thanks again it was perfect xxx

Thanks for all your messages I really did have a great day and I am looking forward to seeing the pics.. I will get a disk of all the pictures but they wont let me have that until it goes into the paper..

Had a really busy day yesterday so today hopefully is not so much rushing around.. I have two people this morning and then thats it till Monday night....... weekend free.

I am hoping to go shopping tomorrow as I need to get a dress for my cousins wedding and I want to buy a leather jacket...... Im supposed to be going with Rich (DH) and the boys but what are the chances of being able to get something or if I do it wont be relaxing. not sure whether I should go on my own!! Hmmm decisions decisions.
Really feel like totm is on its way..... only had one 3 weeks ago......

URGHHHHHHH!!! i havent had anything like chinese, Indian, thai since doing cd nearly 8 months....... and Rich decided tonight he wants an indian hmmmmmm he is driving me mad to have something I just want something plain if I have something but I dont really want anything ..hmm but I know I can never not have things again.. something plain or nothing........ hmmmmmmmmmmm

So what did you do in the end??? I thought about eating a Chinese today for the first time in years, I very rarely eat takeaway Chinese (Indian takeout for me) but it did cross my mind today!

I ended up having a spoonful of rice some mushroom bajee which are just mushrooms really and one little piece of my husbands chicken.. so really not much but my stomach still hurt after..
the scales have gone up a little today but did have a funny day yesterday overall........... x
