Curry!

Hi everyone,

I'm new on here but wanted some advice. I'm currently on a sugar free diet (this includes milk etc) and have been invited out for an Indian for a friends birthday.

Any ideas what I can have that sticks to my diet?

You are in luck as long as you avoid desserts. Watch out for anything with coconut - peshwari naan, coconut with poppadoms and of course the mango chutney as they usually have added sugar. Indian food tends to be very high in fat though. I try and stick to tandoori grilled foods which are usually served with salad and rice. Have a wonderful evening
