2.5lb off for me tonight, I am over the moon, had a bad weekend food wise, but I think maybe the 7 hours walking and shopping on Saturday (even with the leg cramps for 2 days after) was well worth it lol....not going to adjust my weight as I still have 1.5lb to go to get off the 4lb I put on last week xxxxx

I just had a blood test too! And they weighed me too which I wasn't expecting. I didn't look as I still had my boots on. And my cardy.
