Hope everyone has a safe journey to work! Dont know what the weather is like where you are but here it Gale Force winds and rain! Yuk!!! :-(

The kinda weather that is crying out for some warm speed soup!! Xx
 
Weather is dire here too in East Anglia.

Off to boil my eggs and trying to tip toe round as my son with special needs isnt awake yet ( he's normally bouncing off the walls by 6am)

Have a good day anyone venturing back to work today and in some ways it nice to get back into a routine. Hubby has gone back to work today and the kids tomorrow. Feels like its all back to normal then!

What a wet and wild morning, off today, and feeling positive, 1st day back on plan.

I feel really pleased to put the excess of Christmas behind me.

Have just put a huge stock pot of veg soup on to cook, and told OH we are back on plan and sent him off to work with loads of naughty stuff so it can't tempt me!!!!
I am going to sort some cupboards out now.

I have my first weigh in after Christmas tomorrow.
Havent been for 3 weeks and Im pretty sure ive put on about 7lbs (pre weigh in confirmed but not in class...)
I thoroughly enjoyed it all though and had a lovely Christmas.

Actually glad to be in work and away from the sweets and treats at home. It was getting so hard to stay away from them.
Back on 100% now though and really gonna up my fruit and water to try and get as much back off as possible, as quick as possible. :)

Weather is horrible here too by the way.
Looks about as miserable as I felt when I got up this morning. haha.

You are not alone, the difference this time is we can be honest, pick ourselves up and tackle it. In the past I would have just given up and carried on eating all through January.

I have wi tonight and I have just hopped on the scales and am pleased to report it only says 2.5lbs on...will wait for the official wi tonight but I am well pleased as I deserve at least 7lbs gain after the week I have had ...but right back on it today and just had some lovely authentic (sw friendly) moroccan soup, was very yum xxxxx
