I felt a bit like this last week. Don't know if your interested but I find drinking peppermint tea eases the bloating / cramps and gets rid of excess water. I tend to have one mid afternoon (like now ) and it really helps me.

Well, my news straight from the scales......lost 3lbs and chuffed to bits and slimmer of the week too so lots of lovely fruit this week.
Mrs Hainsworth- I have huge history of IBS especially * week. I find fennel tea really good and peppermint. If it's really bad I lay of bread completely for a day or so and that usually helps. It used to dreadful but is far better now I dont wolf down 8 loaves of bread a week!!!!
