Put in too much passata according to the recipe but I wanted more sauce on it! It was AMAZING!! This is how mine looked:
Was scrummy and I didn't miss the carbs at all.
Made hubby a few potatoes to mash through his to fill him up but I didnt have any and it was honestly amazing. We all LOVED it. Definitely be doing that again.
Im making new ones everyday so will keep you updated.
Addi I have a little tip for you I dont know if this will help you as it does me but, When I eat crab sticks and chicken together or very close together it makes me lose weight. I don't know why but it works. Thats what I am doing this time. because I love them both anyway and I want the scales to catch up with my actual weight loss. lol

I have chicken on the menu a few days this week so will maybe see if I can pick up some crab sticks. I have never actually had crab sticks though. Never had crab!
