Heheh No but thanks anyway Lily .I only crave it star week and even then its not every time Im not giving in to it though I have a skinny body to find lol
We are watching Biggest loser Australia that we had on V plus its great. I want to go on the UK one but I am to late for this year
xxx

I'm watching it too-I don't think it's as good as the American one, but it's a gazillion times better than the uk one!! Altho that said, I applied with my friend for the couples one few years back, and we were shortlisted but I was told I was too active, as have always had horses and gone to the gym etc xz

i didnt have anyone to go with for BL- but tbh- i'm doing just as well on my own- and i don't have to see my ugly mug on the telly ;)

The thing that would bother me is the everybody seeing how much you weigh thing lol
We will all be the biggest losers but in our own way :)

xxx

I got to a point where I wasn't terribly ashamed of what I weighed- I didn't care. All i cared about was how I looked in photos (which to be fair wasn't something that happened often). But I do understand where you're coming from :)

Now I'm proud to say that I'm less than 18 1/2 stone- just because I used to be over 4 stone heavier lol

Guys sorry to go over old ground but just another quick question about peppermint tea. I brought some yesterday after reading the threads on here was just wondering for it to help with digestion and ibs etc do u have to drink certain amount a day or is it when stomach problems flare up or before a meal you get my jist?

Hope everybody is well on this sunny Sunday :)
Xx

Well done, was scan bran week part of this great loss?
Bron

Hiya Bron - the loss is from my scanbran week yes... I don't think I'd recommend it though, was almost as bad as the speed soup week :sign0137:

It didn't make a huge difference for me (i'fact the loss was less than my previous 4 weeks) so unless you really like scanbran I don't think it's worth the bother myself lol

good stuff Lo :D well done!

My feet are killing me :( i hate this foot pain- it's been months now and my doc can't do anything.....working is agony :(

but at least i have a job *stay positive Tanya*

Thanks Tanya :)

I've been having trouble with plantar facilitis since April and it's getting on my nerves. I can't remember what it's like to get out of bed in the morning without having to hobble :sigh: Is yours the same problem or another issue?

Wondering about taking mine to the doctors as Mandy mentioned she'd had some ultrasound type treatment or something for hers. I've seen weird splint socks that you can wear while you sleep but they look a bit medieval :(

I dint think it matters when you have it. Sometimes I have it after food for digestion though. Try it out and see what works for you - you can't have too much!! :)

Just watched my hubby have a packet of steak mcoys (my fave) and didn't have any. He's just used up 8.5 syns and I haven't!!!

100% all the way :)

Is your hubby following the plan with you then? Up to him if he wants to spend the syns on crisps I guess.

My OH isn't on SW - he'll happily polish of a six pack of walkers squares in front of me in an evening. It's a good job I'm not over fussed about crisps

Lsf666 and hoping-thanks both for your replies. I was thinking of trying to have a mid morning cup and late afternoon to try and aid with the probs I seem to get after I eat main meals (mainly evening meal). Was interested to see if you wise people had any tips before I tried it tho.

Looking forward to seeing if it helps I'm having terrible probs at the moment with digestion.

Thanks again ladies x

Hi girls it just took me ages to catch up then lol We have just got back from camping and although I didnt stay on plan 100percent I would say I had about 20 syns instead of my 15 a day so I will just have less this week. I am pleased to say I didnt have any alcohol we went to the pub and I had a diet coke even though I could have killed for a pear cider hehe
I am from Derby by the way :)

xxx

20 syns seems quite sensible for a holiday - well done for keeping an eye on them :)

Ooh, Derby... had a transition guy from there and loved visiting the place via trains. I dumped him rather cruelly though so don't think I'd be allowed back in now!

I have it after meals to help aid digestion but it's good for any other time. If you're having problems at the mo I'd suggest having it as often as you can and steer clear of caffeinated drinks :)

I like ginger and lemon tea in the mornings which is also good for digestion/cleansing.

Yes have it often and after your main meal tonight.

I have Crohns and it helps me loads :)

Will definately try to have it as often as poss then. Drink mainly water in the day at work but will try to substitute peppermint tea in as well also brought some green tea so will be drinking that too. I'm hoping this helps me too I hate suffering with this makes evening time particularly miserable. X

Thanks Tanya :)

Yep thats what i've got :sigh: i miss just being able to jump out of bed....and after a long walk, or now- after a shift in work, i can barely stand up because of the pain- even sitting down i'm in agony :(

My doc just said basically take painkillers and get on with it (she meant it in a nice way though lol) im going to try an extra memory foam insole- maybe that'll help a bit. i hope so :(

I have this as well mine was caused by me wearing rubbish trainers whilst doing the race for life last year I have found its loads better since losing a bit of weight and also if I wear High heels. Sometimes its so bad I can hardly walk and its because of this that I put quite a bit of weight on last year. I went to ny Doctor and also to a drop in clinic when it first happened and was told I just have to love with it. I have memory foam insoles and they help a little bit. I got mine from Matalan
