I am off work this weekend so am planning to thoroughly enjoy it!
Got up this am and what was the first thing I did? Got dressed and left for they gym! Dedication!! So much for my plan to chill out!
Am just looking forward to spending time with my hubby. We don't get a lot of weekends together as I work a lot of weekends

What about a mix to max day - can't remember exactly how they work
breakfast - beans/toast or poached egg on toast
lunch - chinese buffet, I did this a few weeks ago for dinner - avoid pancakes / wantons etc, go for beef / chicken in black bean / oyster sauce with boiled rice
dinner - that was chicken something with jkt potato and the gluten free brownie
sometimes life gets in the way of our loosing weight - it's one day, keep to loads of superfree the rest of the week / up the body magic and if you do have loads of syns - enjoy them
