It's day 3 for me. So far so good but i have to monitor my water intake it's not too good at the mo. I did CD a few years ago lost 3 stones looked fantabulous lol but slipped back into old habbits. My start weight is 19 stones 13 lbs. I feel so heavy and know this is the only plan that can help. It's so much harder now as i am a mother of 3 but im determined to stay on track. Please feel free to comment on here and give tips etc.
