just remembered we are going to a b'day party tomorrow, i think ill just stick to chicken and salad.
hmm, i still have not got round to trying the Alprn light recipe.
as i said last week im going to try to incorporate 2 red days a week as they tend to boost my losses.

2 sausage sandwiches with
xtra light laughing cow and bbq sauce with 2 boiled eggs and 3 oranges.
dinner
simply lamb shank in mint sauce with butter nut squash and veg. really need to start doing extra exercise, we'll see.
