Snack – grapes, orange & strawberries (free)
Lunch- prawns mixed with pasta chopped tomatoes, fresh chillies, peppers, onion & garlic, strawberry shape yoghurt (free)
Snack – banana & 2 sweeties (free & 3 syns)
Dinner – (eating out with work 2nte so will be a flexi dinner cant wait )
