My fabulous diary for 2014!

Today's menu!

Had lunch out and heading to the cinema now so I'm proud of myself!

Breakfast : Orange

Lunch : Jacket Potato with baked beans

Snack : tea and hex A milk with milkybar (3 syns)

Dinner : HM Butternut squash soup with hex b roll

Cinema treats : packet monster munch 5.5 syns, orange and large diet coke!

Could have been better at lunch but the only thing SW friendly was jacket potato, pity there wasn't a side salad and It would have been perfect!!

Good morning!!

248 days to go!

Having a lazy day today at home and we have friends coming over for dinner tonight but I plan on having a syn free menu!

Breakfast : strawberries, banana and yoghurt

Lunch : bit of a SW fry with scrambled eggs, hex b toast, mushrooms and tomatoes (3 syn flora spread)

Dinner : starter of superfree soup, followed by irish stew and potatoes (2 syns)

Snacks : 5.5 kit Kat and hex A milk with tea so far!

Edit to say : had 3 syn milky bar, 3 syns of bread roll, 2 biscuits (6 syns)

Well better than going overboard!

Plan for tomorrow and only 247 days till I say I do...

My lovely OH wants to spend the day doing vaguely romantic stuff, not like him so I think he's up to something ;)
He wants a wee picnic in the park and I'm going to make him something nice for New Year's Eve dinner. I think tomorrow will be a dry new year, first I've had in many years!

Breakfast : chopped up Apple and orange, 1/2 syn cup of tea

Lunch/picnic : cheese roll (hex b and hex a) with lettuce, 2 boiled eggs, banana, diet sprite and 5 syns minstrels

Dinner :rogan josh with rice (10 syns)

Then I bloody picked at wee chocolate balls and Pringles! Gah! So annoyed at myself!

Happy new year!!!!

So 2015 is the year I am getting married!! Whoop! Only 246 days left to the big day!

Today, I'm trying to be good and stay on track

Breakfast : none

Lunch: chicken chilli made with lemongrass and chill and herbs and rice.. It was in a restaurant and I think there was cream in the sauce so I'm going to syn the cream 10 syns

Was fairly big portions so I'm hoping that it means that I don't have to do dinner

Snack : mixed fruit salad and some leftover chocolate :(

Happy New Year Bubbly one. Look forward to joining you next week. Im still on the Isle of wight til saturday. Healthy shopping sunday ready for a monday start.

245 days till I get married today!! ooooooooh!

Well my tummy is kind of sore this morning so going to go for light and easy today

breakfast: Orange, banana and hex a milk in tea

Snack : Apple

Lunch: ham and tomato sauce pasta (homemade and yummy)

Snack : options hot chocolate and milkybar (5 syns) and yoghurt and strawberries

Dinner : Turkey aloo gobi! Using my usual aloo gobi receive which is syn free and adding in some leftover Christmas turkey from the freezer!

So I haven't made any resolutions for this year so I thought I'd pop some goals down here :

1. Me and OH relationship stays as strong as it is now - we are getting married in September and I know that stress can get in the way but I hope it doesn't affect us!

2. Baby making! Me and OH feel like we are ready for a wee bambino of our own and our plan is to be ready to rock the minute we get married. So both of us need to take our vitamins everyday and focus on our health

3. Lose this fat suit!! I'd ideally like to be a size down, size 12. I've joined the quarterly challenge on here and I've taken that first step!

4. Get my driving licence here! I know how to drive so I need to get the ball rolling with lessons and get a test date booked! I met with an instructor this morning and I have a lesson booked for tomorrow. So at least the ball is rolling on that one!

5. My last resolution is to find happiness at work. I know it's not what I want to do but I need to be more confident in myself and pull this out of the bag.

Hi ladies!

Need to get on the computer and change my thread title - that's a to do for Monday I think!

So been pretty bold today as we are heading out tonight for dinner to a Thai place. We were at a friends house last night for some drinks ( all low syn actually! And I didn't eat the pizza! Whoop!)

But today I've been eating none stop. Me and OH decided that we are stopping drinking now for a wee while, it'll definitely help with my food control!

Working on my driving resolution - I've 22 hours practise to do, got 4 done this weekend and another 4 booked for next weekend. Quite chuffed with myself!

Food for today! I love picnics, they are the most syn friendly days out!

Breakfast : weetabix with milk (both hexs), tea and strawberries and banana

Lunch : leftover ham pasta plus Apple, coke zero and 5.5 syn kit Kat, boiled egg, carrot sticks and some potato salad (1 syn)

cup up of tea - 1/2 syn

Dinner : going to try and use up some of the stuff in the fridge so it's chicken curry made from a recipe off here!

Hi all!! Having a great start to today!

Back at work nice and early and looking forward to a good week!

Breakfast: Orange

Lunch : brown roll (hex b), tuna and light mayo (1 syn) with tomatoes. 2 syn yoghurt

Snacks : have one options hot chocolate in my bag and I'll prob have 2 cups of tea as well (3 syns)

Dinner : Making spagetti bolognaise! Nice and easy to pop on when I get home! Having my hex a Parmesan cheese on top ( weighted out of course!) ;)

Know the feeling well im always in the kitchen looking for something to nibble. Dont do it... cooking dinners a good idea. X

Snack : options hot chocolate (2 syns)

Dinner: making pork with potatoes and tesco veggies (3 syns) and some cauliflower. Need to look for a syn free sauce!!

Looking at my meal today I haven't had a lot of Speed foods today so I need to eat some if I am feeling peckish later on!
