Daily chat...

Yes neilsbird on dukan :)
and im a red sauce girl (or nandos peri peri bbq is my favourite :D)

Brown sauce on bacon sandwiches lol

Exercise has stepped up for me this week(literally)
walking the dogs between 20 and 50 mins per day, stepper, wii fit and a rubbish amount of sit ups :D

Vicky - I haven't read all 3 articles :) will seek the other 2 out later on...Food combining is this theory that certain foods work with others to burn fat better - obviously not an issue on attack phase...

Joanne - with regards to the red vs brown sauce issue - I should probably tell you a little story of me at age 5... parents go into a restaurant at the coast - waitress asks me what I'd like so like most kids the answer is chips - she asks what I'd like with my chips - as most adults would assume...fish fingers...burger maybe...my answer

"Red Sauce" ;) my parents found it hilarious....

I envy you in your summer dress - I'm just too darned lazy to dare to wear one - I hate my legs - need to do more exercise and seem to need to shave my legs too often to want to bother...ooh and I hate my upper arms too :)

I need to pick it up with the exercise....

oh yeah, do we need to count calories with this thing or can I eat steak 'til I start mooing? :)

you can eat as much steak as you like :) thats the great thing. as much protein as you want and unlimited fat free flavoured yogs (i.e. toffee vanilla - but restricted to 2 per day of fruit ones)

lol love your red sauce story. mmm chips lol

oh i love Nandos :D and i have it hot hot hot !

Oatbran - most supermarkets sell it with the porridge, but make sure its oatbran you get

Vicky's answered the q's...

I too love the red sauce question... when I was young, my Dad won the pools! Not a lot, but a lot in those days, so I went to my first café/restaurant at a young age... after we'd finished eating, Dad paid and we left. Once out in the street, I proudly put the change in his hand that "he'd left on the table". My parents were too mortified to return and put the tip back on the table!!

Food porn talk over here too! Good job we're all full up from lunch!

I spot one error in that article in that they talk of 2 tablespoons oatbran - I believe it's just 1.5 tablespoons in attack only (Vicky?). From Cruise, it's 2... and you can even add a tablespoon of wheatbran (NOT wheatgerm) if you have errr "transit" issues...

potty talk again!

Fancy stealing the tip lol

yes just 1.5 in attack.

I'm using mysupermarket to put together a shopping list to use later on - searching on there I can't seem to find oat bran :S

which supermarket do you go to?

no they dont have them on there. but i got mine home delivery from asda :D

You lazy pair! I'm sure Dukan makes some of his ingredients awkward to find intentionally so that we get our daily walk in!

Over here, you have to go to a bio shop... and, sometimes (particularly where the wheatbran is concerned) to FIVE bio shops before you find one with any in stock!

im in blackburn and my asda r my mum's in accrington did not sell it ,but i got mine from tesco in blackburn !!

thats because half a million french ladies are doing Dukan LOL

I only got my first shop delivered Jo. I only need yog, formage frais and salad this week.

i also looked for wheatbran today and did not find it either so will have to think on where i can buy it

wheatbran from asda too :D

u must have a very well stocked asda where u are !!

I use asda via mysupermarket, so will have a look on the asda site too :)

To be honest Joanne the less time I spend in the supermarket the better :) they make everything so darn tempting. Ordering online saves me from temptation and could potentially give me more time to walk in the great outdoors :) in theory.... :8855:

Ice cream - low fat less than 3 % surely its allowed????
