food today has been a bit hit and miss even declined a pasty while out

D ham onion and tomato dukan bread sandwich

d veggy mince chilli
 
First cruise PV day, but also the day before i go "home" for christmas so i'm running low on food and it's not a perfect day by far

b egg + 1 white, bacon medallion, 0.5oz cheddar, tin toms
l dukan pancake, 1oz cashews
d chicken leg, cup broccoli, tin toms
s 3oz cottage cheese, 2oz half fat camembert
 
Sorry Adelight but your menu isn't Dukan friendly at all... I understand you're eating to finish things up, but would hate new people to follow you thinking it's ok. In red what isn't ok...

Just not worth coming out of ketosis for those cashews!
 
Adelight - Just wondering if you have the Dukan book so you can get a better idea of the banned and restricted items? If you don't or if you're unsure about a food, please post here and one of us will be able to help you.

As Jo says, it's not worth undoing all of your good work on Attack just to use things up. Otherwise, you might want to hold off Dukan until after Christmas and then start afresh then. Less temptation, especially since you don't have a lot of weight to lose.

Thanks, in my diary everyone has pointed this out and I didn't have many options as it's the only food I had left in my house and didn't want to buy more just before I left, it wasn't a case of temptation. I don't see how cashews would push me out of ketosis though, 1oz has 8g carbs?

Today was much better, I got home and had a better lunch/dinner

You could probably eat more - there wasn't a lot there. And where was your oatbran!!:D

L- boiled egg, crab sticks 4

S- yogurt

D- roast chicken /cottage cheese/ sf jelly

how does this look??? tar x


2 litre water and diet coke??

how many eggs can u have a day ??

eggs is two a day but as many whites as you want

B- scambled eggs, yogurt,sf jelly (really full now)

E- gym at 12pm

L-oatbran galette quak with tuna

D- king prawns with cottage cheese

S- s/f jelly and im feeling ok too x:)
