Yeah hon, just trying to keep all the balls in the air- team Tara alone and trying to hold down a job that'd becoming increasingly more demanding on top of a 2 hour commute and trying to organise a home swap! I'm all good but knakard and ill and stressed with home life!! But ok! My scales say 17st12 ww scales say18st2.5. I like my scales! Weighed in work clothes after school so...... Meh!! X

I think it's just where I've gone back to school/work..... They changed all the standards and I'm a but spoked! We had date day me and him yesterday and it was lovely so feeling more with it now :)

Wi in night and half a pound on. That 2lbs in the last 2 weeks. Not doing anything different- If anything I've eaten les dailies. Not happy!! Ww leader is up in arms. Checked if I was preggers lol. I don't flipping know. But now I'm back up to 40 pp a day :(

Yes!! It really does! I'm going to try really hard though!!!!

Exercise is the only thing I'm not doing plus less weeklies! After that I'm completely stumped!!

Maybe try exercise. I did no exercise until I had the two weeks at the start of the summer holidays where I stayed the same. Doing the exercise got thee weight loss going again.

I'm going to give it a go. I wish I'd start c25k over the summer! Might need a running machine.....!

Yeah, the dark mornings and evenings are a problem. I can't go in the morning anymore but thankfully at the moment I can go after school (nice country roads around school). But I know that will be out of the question soon :(. I've done the programme in less than 9 weeks because of the dark. They recommend 3 runs per week which means at one point during the week you will have two consecutive rest days. Once I realised I would run into problems as the days got shorter I switched to just doing it every other day, rather than sticking to calendar weeks.
 
So..... Went out on sat night!!


Drank a bit but more worryingly did some gangnam style galloping and tore my leg muscles! What a genius! Didn't drink much as had to leave the bar at 23:45 due to injury- now can't walk! Smooth!
