I am ok guys, very tired and stressed but I went and I conquered! Everyone is proper stressed and snappy with each other. Guess we've been really stretched and now we are ready to break! I'm shattered!!!!!! X

Im okay, funeral is 1st aug, Im going to spain for a week before that so its going to be a bit tight, just going to try and relax and not think about it all and just deal with it when I get back X

Just discovered a lady at work has been doing ww. I wasn't here last year, so didn't know her when she was bigger but she's gone from a size 18 to a size 10 in 8months! She was 15st something and is not about 10st- she's hit her goal already!! I'm so impressed! She's had to have her wedding dress taken in!!

Her first week she lost 7lbs, she lost 5lbs ish a week and she looks fab!!!! She is a pe girlie so does more exercise but she's really inspired me! 3st by Xmas then goal by march.

Yeh well its a big family holiday so were all away together so the funeral had to be either before or after and that was the first date available anyway! I dont really mind when it is, its not going to be particularly pleasant any day.

Thats a lot of weight to lose on a diet that isnt vlc, I really need to lose more weight, faster, this is taking too long and it doing my head in! xxxxxxx
