Food update for Saturday 14th of July

Breakfast

Oats/banana

Lunch

Ham and tomato sandwich/2 apples

Snack

Orange

Dinner

Tuna pasta with veg and added tomatoes.

Snacks

Grapes/plum mixed with clotted cream ice cream 3pp and yoghurt 2pp

5 weeklies/34 left

Exercise was dog walking and 5 minutes shoulder workout from you tube

Yea maybe changing things up with juddd will help plus you have great support over there :0) thanks about my day,same to you.Ok cool bout the film :0)
 
Just did a 15 minute bike ride on my push bike,wanted to check the tyres out(got a flat last time)all ok and might try for a bit longer next time ;0)

I'm gonna leave the treadmill tonight but get up early to get a suasion in before work!! Xx

I nearly put that the bike ride wasn't as exciting as having a treadmill lol.Thats good you are going to do a session before work tomorrow,it was well worth the buy!

Yeah it really was. Unlike the poor rowing machine that has been made redundant lol I will be happy if I can do 30mins a day and maybe up it by 10mins every stone I lose or try and go a faster pace! Xx

Lol bout the poor rower! 30 minutes a day is good,I like the idea of upping it every stone you lose as that gives you a incentive as well :0)

Just had my shower so pjs are on.Lol.Time for my snacks then will probably watch a film with the OH once he has finshed checking his essays.How about you?

Sounds good won't be long until my pjs are on either!!
Just going to chill with BB at 9 then head to bed ready for my 6am get up for the treadmill lol xx

Enjoy BB,wow 6am is Definitly dedication! Do you already feel better for using the treadmill?

Yeah I think I do in a weird way!! I like the way I can see my reflection in the patios doors too, I keep picturing seeing a skinny reflection and it spurs me on more lol. WI on Saturday will be interesting, my first week with exercise it could go either way!! Xx

That's good about your reflection! Motivation is always a good thing! Yea I know what you mean with wi and exercise.I reckon you will be fine though ;0)

I will eat about half my weeklies I think just to try and make sure I'm eating enough. Trial and error for a few weeks I think. Xx

Yea as sometimes people do need to eat more when up the exercise.I agree bout trial and error :0)

Quorn mince pasta bake with cherry tomatoes/peas/sweetcorn

Snacks

Grapes/plum with 30g ice cream 3pp

3 weeklies used/31 left

Exercise was dog walking/5 minutes inner thigh and 5 minutes shoulder workout from you tube/15 minutes bike ride.
 
Something a lot of us can relate to..
