bulldogdaisy said:Yea to be honest I do still weigh pasta,potatoes,peas etc.First week of doing sf was my biggest loss of 3.75lbs then I Sts,lost 3.75lbs again then quarter of a pound on due to totm then last Friday lost 2.25lbs! So I'm pleased with that plus I find I snack less and better on sf :0)
