There is a thread on here somewhere for free ice-cream, using frozen bananas and other fruit. I'll see if I can find it in a mo. Apparently the bananas make it taste really creamy.

Willow - I don't know if this would be any good for you hun. Even though it's only made with fruit, would the fact that you are eating ice-cream at all be a kind of psychological trigger anyway?

I used to buy carte d'or light ice cream and it was only 1.5p for the portion I used to have! Must get on that again! It was the business with a meringue and SF jelly!

Love meringues! Not tried the sf jelly yet! That's good points :0)
 
The sugar free jelly is the BIGGEST lifesaver! And if you don't have time you can buy ready made pots but they're a bit of a rip off! It's brill when you've no points, but still want to be eating somethinG! :p

I don't do fruit at the moment as the sugar in it is a trigger. I hope to be able to do fruit at some stage, but too early at the moment.

Meringue strawberries and biopot no fat strawberry or vanilla! Lush!

Tough! 22.5km (or 14 miles). Don't think I'm going to be able to walk tomorrow.
