Mine's not too bad - he will eat pretty much what I eat, but nearly always with extras added - and they're usually unhealthy extras that he adds. This week, without trying at all, and only doing one lot of exercise, he lost 2lbs. *Sigh* - this is the man who had 'just two scones,' with slabs of butter, two-thirds of a pack of choc digestives, a large latte with three sugars, a toffee apple treacle muffin, a pint of lager, a large grab bag of crisps and a smaller bag of crisps and other stuff I can't even remember now on Saturday, all in addition to normal meals. * Double sigh!*
