Breakfast

Muesli/apple

Lunch

Cheese 2pp and tomato on toast with ham on top/orange

Dinner

Sloppy joes (mince with added ham in two rolls)chips/beans

Snacks

Ice lolly

Grapes with granola and yoghurt 3pp

5 weeklies used/29 left

Exercise was dog walking.
