My slow cooker is just a small one but it's so handy for any meats that really needs that "extra" to make nice and tender. Plus with using it can just be left without worrying about over cooking etc. Don't use mine half as much as I could.

I was so chuffed when mine came.. Since then I've used it 3 times.. 2 of the 3 on toasties.. Oops.. Will use it allot more when I can cook a meal tho!! Can be quite expensive, but well worth the investment... I got a family grill, its to suit cooking 5 portions.. But a smaller one is perfect too... I'm considering getting the smallest one and leaving it in work.. Imagine having a sausage sambo for lunch!!! HMMMMMMM

Yes I bought one for work so handy for cooking chicken breasts/stir frys if I could just fry an egg in it I be sorted!! Lol and handy for BLTS too with turkey rashers very low in points

I find if you clean it straight away while still hot its just rubs off.. Or if its really tought I put a bit of oil on some kitchen towel n its usually easy enough...
Also, I put chicken either into a toaster bag or tin foil to cook as I find sometimes the grill dries it out too much.. So this A) Keeps it moist and B) saves on cleaning ha ha ha

Had a quick browse for you there Daisy. Amazon are doing the littlest one for £14 (that's the one that's £20 in Argos). However I had one of the smallest ones years ago and it really is pretty tiny you would struggle to get anything more than 2 chicken breasts or a couple sausages on there. The bigger ones still don't take up a lot of space on the worktop I have mine out permanently along with the toaster and kettle as it gets used pretty much daily. There's one called the George foreman heritage grill if you eBay that it should come up being sold by zavvi outlet - that's £27.99 which is a decent price for a big one and it comes in purple or cream (the purple is rather funky I want it!!') x

Yes my work one is tiny!!!! really only for 1 person 1 chicken breast and a few veg that's about it really.

YUM.. Love turkey rashers...
You can get a microwave "frying" pan for egg's..... or just have them scrambled

Me and the OH nipped to the range..they have a 4 potion grill there for £29.99 which I thought was quite good! Popped to Lidl's as well..not much exciting in there apart from all the chocolate! Managed to get the marshmallows for the sundaes in there though!

Yea it can work in my favour with weeklies or depending what the OH wants to cook(apart from tonight and when I did the cottage pie,he has cooked lately)
