Hi all,had a nice night with my friend,we watched a movie and chilled,nightmare getting the parts for the car,plenty of Money and no car till Tuesday the earliest so have to have lifts for now!

Food update for yesterday 4th of October
NO BREAKFAST..which is a first for me..and hopefully the last!
Lunch
Cinnamon bagel with garlic spread and Ham
Dinner(at friends)
Paprika chicken with vegetable rice
Snacks
Lemon cake
Boost and Doritos
Shhh bout no fruit either ;0)
Exercise was a couple of dog walks

Car bill will be more expensive then I first hoped as my friend couldn't get second hand parts for it so I have to pay full price..eek lol

Quorn mince lasagne/sweetcorn
Sundae
Cream/ice cream/choc/ choc and strawberry sauces/wafer stick
Exercise was a couple of dog walks
Breakfast
Banana/apple
Lunch
Cinnamon bagel with philli spread /boost
Snacks
Apple/orange
Dinner
Quorn mince lasagne/sweetcorn
Sundae
Cream/ice cream/choc/ choc and strawberry sauces/wafer stick

I'm good thanks,kids came back with me Friday night and stayed till 7.30 last night then their Dad picked them up and they went off to the cinema.
Then a bit later me and the OH watched Beverly Hills cop 1 and 2!

Pizza wrap with sweetcorn and sausage topping/garlic bread
Snacks for the Avengers movie
Snickers/Doritos/sherbet(minus the liquorice)
Tea
Cinnamon bagel with light salad cream and ham
Snacks/sundae for Beverly Hills cop movie
Cream/ice cream/wafer sticks/choc/choc and strawberry sauces
Snacks for the 2nd one!
