I really think a STS or gain is coming my way tomorrow. I haven't been really bad and still have weeklies left but I haven't been planning great and just eating without thinking. For example chicken burger for breakfast yesterday lol first week where I proper feel sluggish and not confident. Xx

Do a damage limitation day today and I'm sure you'll be fine.. I always try to have a light dinner the night before WI.. eg.. mixed veg omlette with side salad and a nice bowl of fresh fruit later in the evening if I get hungry... Sometimes add chicken and 20g grated light cheese to add boldness to itJust an idea...
I aim for minimum 2ltr per day as a rule anyway.. But yes.. Maybe upping it to 3lts wud be good.. I do grand all week while i'm at work on this.. Come the weekend I'm lucky if I drink 1 glass!! really need to work on that.. Tomoro I'm gona aim for a really good day.. May even try get in some exercise.. Seen as tomoro evening will be bold.. Damage limitation day2-3ltrs or water a day is a good one if you don't already do it xx
