Is quorn mince nice? I tried this quorn steak once and It was horrible lol so it's put me off anythin quorn!!

Its as nice as what you put it with.. It doesn't really have a taste at all so you need to pack it with a tasty sauce n herbs n spices etc... If you have it in a chilli or tasty spag bol you can't tell the difference...

Thanks about my day,same to you Stef,yea I agree bout Quorn mince,once you add the sauces etc it's fine,maybe get a small bag first and see how you get on with it :0)

Feeling happy with my batch cooking,still have 3 Quorn lasagnes left,got 2 pasta/veg..will add either tuna or Ham when have them and 6 Quorn mince pasta bake ..so you know mainly what my dinners will be lol ;0)
 
Fab with all the batch cooking it's great having healthy ready meals :) x
 
Just done Tae bo 8 minutes advance work out,thought it was about time I did something,might try and do some 5 minutes work outs that i found on you tube in the mornings before breakfast as I never eat as soon as I get up plus 5 minutes won't take long but it's better then nothing! Will start that after my wi Friday :0)

Sounds like a plan hun, I never thought of looking on you tube for workouts xx
 
Sounds like a plan! Tabata is great too as only 4minutes :) you can get free timers for your phone that's what I use to do it x

Well for now I'll be doing them in the bedroom with limited space but will have a look at this as well.Like the free timer idea!
 
It takes almost no space at all depending on what moves you choose :) like squats you just need enough space to stand really! X
 
Food update for 11th of July

Breakfast

Oats/banana

Lunch

2 fried eggs on 2 slices of toast. 2 apples.

Dinner

Tuna veg pasta

Snacks

Orange kiwi grapes / cherry tomatoes

No weeklies used/22 left

Exercise was dog walking and 8 minutes Tae bo DVD.
 
Very healthy day there Daisy! I've still never tried even one day without weeklies on sf lol! X
