I would also call 0.25 gain at totm a STS. Your food looks really good in your diary. Do you eat all your weeklies on SF? I have been looking and some people eat all of them and some people eat less.

Thank you and thanks about my food,I normally have about 22/23 left, sometimes a bit less.
 
Had a good time with the kiddies yesterday then I popped to Morrison's to grab some bits on the way to my friend's,no baby cuddles as the little one was a bit poorly! have decided to put yesterday down as a off day as had a few treats at my friend's ...ice cream cone was handed to me as soon as I walked in lol,that was before the crisps and choc,I didn't NEED two packets of chewits either but as I haven't had any for a while I couldn't refuse ;0)

Oats/banana

Lunch

2 slices of ham with beans on toast/grapes/tomatoes

Snacks

Orange/apple

Dinner

Mince pasta bake with added sweetcorn

Snacks

Icecream cone with choc sauce and a mini flake.Doritos grab bag.Snack size mars.Freddo.2 packets of chewits.(not eaten all in one) lol

Exercise was dog walking.

Mini birthday challenge

I reckon a bit of flexibility on counting stuff is well deserved, Daisy. You are always on plan and always so disciplined with your food, some crisps, ice cream and chewitts in the scheme of things isn't going to make any difference to your weight loss but can make a difference to how much you enjoyed your day :)
 
You are very welcome, Daisy. I only say it because its true!

How long to go until your birthday? I think a bar of chocolate could still be justified. We have so much chocolate in the house at the moment that the thought of it rather repulses me! One of my friends that I went to see on Thursday works for Mars and gets lots of very cheap chocolate so somehow we ended up coming home with 32 malteser bunnies, 36 packs of minstrels and 36 mars bars :0 All for the grand total of £3. It seemed a good idea at the time... I may become very popular at work by taking them in, although I have had instructions to stay away from the mars bars - OH has claimed custody of those.
 
Just over 3 weeks to go..nom nom to all that chocolate!! You seem to have friends that work or have worked in some cool places ;0) I think your OH is very wise to put a claim on the mars bars :0)
 
When I measured 4 weeks ago I was 11.8 so am not measuring until I get to my goal of 10.7 plus hopefully the exercise will help with the inch loss :0)

That is so close. So by Christmas and probably even before you can wear a nice dress and look absolutely stunning. I want to lose 1 stone by Christmas. Which will be 4 stone in one year. I hope you reach target soon :)
 
Another yummy day Daisy. I hear that Suffolk is absolutely sweltering this weekend - my mum said it was 33 degrees yesterday :0 Hope you are keeping cool with lots of ice lollies. Nottingham is a far more civilised 24 degrees.
 
A good day daisy. Your goal is very similar to mine. I initially want to get to 10.7 ( this has been my goal for 7 years though i changed it to 10st for a while)and I have 12lbs to go. Hopefully we'll both be there by Xmas. Once at 10.7 I'll see how I feel.
