The batter recipe is 90g plain flour, 90ml milk, 1 egg, 50 ml water.You pre-roast some sausages in a big dish, after they have coloured a bit (about 15 minutes) spray dish and sausages with oil,then pour in batter. Shove back in the oven quickly and don't open the door for at least 15 minutes or else it won't rise as well. Takes about 25 minutes to cook through.

Hey Daisy, food looking great. And Lola looks absolutely adorable with her new toy.
Several of my friends have been putting puppy pictures all over facebook it seems everywhere I look at the moment there are cute logs trying to lure me away from my dog-free life!

Food update for Thursday 13th of September
Breakfast
Granola/mixed nuts
Lunch
Seeded bagel with garlic and herb spread/Banana/orange
Dinner
Chicken pizza with 2 garlic slices and peas
Snacks
Pear/plum
Exercise was a walk around the block with OH and Lola(OH held the lead so no strain on my back)

No I don't mind,it's to check on his leg,because he used to be a smoker (for years) his veins stopped growing properly and he may have to have a operation,have to see what the doctor says tomorrow as its a different one to who he has seen before! Probably tell him to lose weight,he has put back the weight he lost doing WW and 4lb on top of that!
