Yep u get alot for the amount of points and i cant really taste the difference between them and full fat ones, they are also on special in asda atm 40 p a pack x

Morning all well I couldn't help myself but scale hop this morning. So happy the scales are moving Down nicely :) I'm on a course today so lunch is provided how will I cope and point now ??
I've got fruit and water with me so will try not to go over board .
This morning I've had muesli & milk 6pp :)
Spin class at 7pm can't wait not.... !! Lol

Hopefully not everything in your lunch has been covered in butter/mayo or sauces. Good luck with that! I hate having lunch provided for me I have no will power and will always go the worst option!

Try to point as best you can and have a low point dinner and you should be grand.

Hiya well the shame :( I over ate at the course yesterday I just can't say 'no' lol ..!

But today I've done body combat :) out with the girls for drinks I refuse to have a takeaway on the way home. I want to do this diet propley. How are you today ? X
