I did look but couldn't find it Looking forward to reading it. Last time I read The Beck solution or at least that's what I think it was called and another called think yourself thin ? The beck solution was to hard going for me if I'm honest. Bit gutted Cambridge no longer do their magazines as they are inspirational and easy to read May ask CDC if she can get back copies
Could try eBay?

Angel it's great to see you back here and doing brilliantly! I loved reading your post above and I don't think you at rambling at all. Makes absolute sense to me about when we bring food on the equation it makes it harder than the simple approach of 4 or 4 vlcd products and water. It hard bit simple and it's the simplicity than we like as we know it works.
Hope me you have a good official weigh in today and I look forward to following you again on your journey. Your planning is great and sounds to me you are very determined. X
Oh Angel, you are IN THE ZONE! I love your focus for now and for later - I totally agree that this is the easy bit - it's the steps and more importantly, maintenance that are key. I have also been buying low carb books, and i've got a current addiction to food mags. I love cooking anyhow, so I am always looking for new recipes. At the moment, not having to worry about the carb content and fat, I am cooking lots of lovely foods. I am constantly thinking about how I could adapt it so that I can eat it moving forward. I know that carbs play a huge part in my weight gain. Being allowed all the carbs on SW EE did not work for me - I could happily eat them all day long (and I did!)
I can't wait to be onto the next step and progressing with this. I was talking to someone yesterday and I was saying that the benefit of this type of diet is that the weight comes off quickly - so much so that you stay motivated and then start on the next start of the diet - rather than planning it, but never actually getting there (like I did with Dukan, SW...) I actually feel like there is an end in sight rather than just the endless dieting and never getting there!
