Or rather straight in at the deep end. My jeans are getting tight and having lost 4 stone this year, I've now regained one of them by falling off the wagon for a couple of months. I've done absolutely allsorts this year, but not Dukan, I have decided it's time to give it a whirl. Discipline is going to get me straight back on the horse.
So I'm starting today, pretty sure I have the book lurking somewhere already so I'm going to spend my day re reading, as at that point I went for atkins instead.
Hopefully it will help shed this stone quickly and then go towards the next 3. Onwards and downwards.
