DAY 1: LIPOTRIM

Hi Guys, I started Lipotrim yesterday, But I gave into temptation *WAILS* I had 2 plates of rice and 2 pieces of chicken :sigh:.


I've started again, I've had my Breakfast shake so far, and drinking lots of water. Headaches, Headcahes and MORE headaches. :cry:
 
Don't give up! keep going, it will be worth it. picture yourself in the future. make a list of pros and cons, the pros will definitely outweigh the cons!!! how did u get on after breakfast time?

I got real bad headaches at the start take some painkillers and sip water tomorrow u will feel better x
 
i find it helps if i just think of it as a few weeks out of my life, ive then got years to enjoy food again but as a sexy skinny mama!
 
Hey guys! I started lipotrim (AGAIN) today and been ok so far... I think lol. I started the lipotrim diet years ago and cudnt make it past day 7... since then I have done the diet for a max of three days for quick couple of pound losses and detox. But iv started again with two main goals in mind- 1: 3rd June bridesmaid STRAPLESS DRESS! and 2: 20th July my university Graduation!!! i want to be able to look back at my cap and gown photos and like what i see! not hide them away! not after three years of stressss! lol.

Just wondered has anyone got any helpful tips to help me keep going!? I really struggle after day three :( ?

Sometimes i find that by forcing large amounts of water down gave me headaches, when i started just sipping throughout the day they stopped instantly!
 
The best advise is just try to stay focused and get past day 3 because hopefully you will go into ketosis on day 4 and things will get easier as you will not fell so hungrey. Be prepared for day 3 being really bad but hold the thought that it will get better. Best of luck and keep a positive mental attitude and you will get by:D
