Yeah they advise to wait until week 2/3 to exercise and even then nothing too strenuous as it burns to many calories and as your only having 450 (I think) it starts burning muscle don't quote me on that mind I've just read that a few times
And well done on getting this far :-D like Someone Said on here soon it will become second nature xx
The exercise thing worries me a little because I do at least 3hrs a week karate and although not doing any over Easter hols like running and have a half marathon in may so will be running quite a bit by week 3/4!
I'm amazed I've been 100% thought I would have had something! Have a watermelon staring at me today :-/ lol
