Day 1 tomorrow

Hiya everyone. Been back to the leisure centre this morning. More gentle this time, a bit of Pilates. Got a load of driving to do today and back here for weigh in. Eltham to leatherhead to sunbury to Redhill to Canterbury to leatherhead to eltham! I hope you are all having good days. Autumn and Tinks hope you both feel better soon. Autumn and Lizz hope working at home is good. Wish I was too today. Anyway got to go I will be back on here once I've managed to get to my first stop!!! Hope you're all having great days.

Wow that's air of driving hun!!! Do you have a tetra for while you're out and about? Or just pushing on through?

I'm debating SS+ for a couple of weeks. Wondering whether it will slow/speed up my losses?
Worried that I won't get to goal before Barbados now as my losses are really slow :(

Well I did it yesterday and still lost overnight so I don't think going up to 600-650 cals a day will make a difference hun and as you eat 4 times a day instead of 3 it feels loads. Just weigh and measure everything xx

Pilates was good. This teacher wasn't as good as my old teacher (I did a class very week for 4 years until I was made redundant) but I'll give it another go definitely.

What's you're reasoning behind going up to ss+? If it's to give you a bit more in you to do exercise then that's probably a good reason, if it's because ss isn't doing it for you that's a good reason, if it's because you think your metabolism has slowed too much then a quick ss+ boost might well help. In general I'd say that ss+ is unlikely to have massive effects on your actual losses, you have to do what suits you.

Yeah I was worrying about the quantity of food!

Tigg, it's pretty much for exercise. I know my muscles might not be repairing as the should because I'm on such a low cal intake. I want to be able to put more into it but my body feels tired if that makes sense and I wondered if the extra calories would help. I just don't want to slow down my weight loss (it's slow enough as it is!!!)

I might try it while I'm on holiday and see how I get on as I want to go for a run or 2 as well (weather permitting)

You get more than you think for your calories. I've got prawns and lettuce leaves and vinegar for tonight then fresh raw tirkey for tomorrow to do maggi so tender 'again' lol. X
 
Then I would recommend the ss+ Lizz. The exercise will make up for the added cals and you'll get more toned.
 
I think I might see how my weigh in is on Tuesday and if it's a crap loss then I'll go up to SS+ as I don't want to stop the exercise.

Well I've just had 150g prawns and 40g of salad leaves as my ss+ meal which is only 117 calories if u include the tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. I've two products left to have and am freaking stuffed. That filled the plate too and should have had an extra 35g of prawns and double the salad leaves so I'm thinking going to step 2 will feel like a feast on holiday. I'm going to force a shake down shortly then a bar as having early night.
I spoke to CDC on phone today and she said always have the 3 products when your not having carbs or body holds on to stuff as it's deprived so I will force them down.
So I know I can get a decent meal it's just now about being disciplined with stuff on holiday ghats waved in front of me.
Head has eased and been keeping on too of nasal spray and piriton which seems to help.

oh 3 shakes are a must! People think that by doing 2 and a meal they'll save money and still lose weight but it really wont!

Your dinner sounds lovely hun! I'm quite jealous!

I have a chick and mush soup with chopped chilli and basil in, a mixed fruit herbal tea and a peanut bar....i'm working again so need the energy!

my legs feel really achy tonight! Bloody pilates!!! lol xx
 
Well amigos at tonight's weigh in I stayed the same. Not a massive surprise as I went up a step and I had such a late weigh in I'd had most of my food and products for the day! Oh well off to Italy tomorrow!

Hey sorry I've been AWOL ended up having to go help Jay he was at his private practice long story but we are back now. Just about to have my Lemon bar.
I will still be here Lizz if the wifi works which it better then I will be here as I'm doing ss+ or step 2 each day no deviation so I will still need to come here.
Sts isn't bad going Tiggs if weigh was so late in day.

I'm disappointed but not beating myself up about the sts. I followed the plan precisely but breakfast, lunch, tea coffee and water during the day were all inside me when I was weighed. So not a surprise.

Well good news is I finally feel human again today and I am starting to reduce carbs in preparation to get on the ss wagon!!
I can't lie I've had a bit of a binge yesterday and felt disgusting all day because of it and has spurred me on to getting on track (as soon as I can)!!
I'm going to be introducing some products back in tomorrow and trying step 3 for a start just to rock the boat n see how I feel?? And as long as I feel ok will head towards ss -- if not I'll be moving up a step -- just trying anything to feel good again and continue with my journey!! I need my motivation back - I have another holiday to shop for lol and a birthday party to arrange!! x
 
Glad youre all not straying too far from me! lol you've all become part of my little routine :) Im going to need photos of everyones fabulous holidays!!! I have another 7 sleeps to get through before mine!!!!!! It feels like ages away!

Welcome back Tink! :) And glad youre starting to feel more human and ready to get back on it! Good luck with Step 3 today. I hope it gives you the motivation to get back down to SS/SS+ as well. When is the next holiday? i'm still doing my 100% until end of July challenge if you want to join me? xx
