My size 10 stuff is all stretchy material I should note lol my 'loose trousers' that I bought look like leggings, and need to go back! I didn't do too badly though and at least I have some clothes to wear now. It's so hot tonight it's untrue xx Current loss: 30lbs and 24inches

I know I've got windows and velux window in loft open and it's still boiling xx

I really like the primark nail varnishes. They are so cheap (4 for £2) and last longer than the Sally Hanson stuff that's £7 a bottle!

Haha just need to get through to tomorrow unscathed hun and you're doing so well. It's always good to have a plan to occupy yourself! Did you get the sofa sorted in the end!xx

Well sofa update is they're coming between 10-1 tomorrow but someone has blocked back entrance off with skips as they're having a renovation so god knows how we will get them round the back lol. It's all fraught with danger lol xx

Well update on the CDC is that I have a new one!!! Starting on the 29th and she's coming to me at 9am and I'm ordering a months worth of products off her. Same price but morning weigh in's at last!!!!!

How do I tell me current CDC??xx

I switched cdc's and just said to my old one that the arrangements with my new one suited me better. Old on emailed me after a month to check I was happy with new one and didn't want to go back. Just say in a friendly way 'go away'.

Meal done and a couple of small glasses of wine were my only naughties. But I will go for a run in the morning and be back on track 100%

Morning amigos! How are we all today?

I feel quite yucky, small amount of wine last night and totm today have converged to make me feel yucky! Never mind a quick run round the block (about 5k) should make me feel better! If it doesn't at least I can feel virtuous!

I have child bearing hips too and a big bum which is why I'm classic pear and all my work outs are for the waist down lol doesn't seem to shift anything though.

Well I've just had a marathon energy spurt! Already up, Freya showered and dressed, Pilates done, living room vacuumed, washing outside, jelly made and in the fridge, cat litter changed (although I'd rather change the cat himself little sh1t!!), and now I have to get ready and we are off to the cinema to see Lego movie. Freya has all sorts of nibbles and I have my water and a herbal tea

Going house hunting and for a BBQ later with big al so that'll be a nice day in the sun for us what are you all up to?xx

The energy you have in ketosis is amazing isn't it? Sounds like you've set yourself up for a good day all round Lizz. Cinema then an afternoon enjoying the sunshine!

Autumn, that headache sounds rubbish. I have headache tendencies but yours sounds rubbish. Hope you work out the cause soon. (One of my many types of headaches was caused by a trapped nerve at the base of my neck! So lots of stretching and a change to how I sleep and that one disappeared!)

Off out to meet friends for lunch (chicken salad, dressing on the side!) and then back to tidy the flat for my business partner to stay here next week.

And I bought a small shirt and some some t shirts in Tesco when in for bread. Jeez, they fit and I actually look slim.

I could bloody cry!

Morning people,

I'm having a ketosis kick over here aswell - I've decided to strip all my beds, wash my pillows, cushions and mats so currently on my 4th load of washing but slowly getting there, the house has been hoovered,mopped and polished from top to bottom and I've cleaned my oven aswell!! So all good!!

We are off to Blenheim Palace this afternoon so will be lovely in this sunshine and lots of walking too!! I can't wait!!

Lizz hope you enjoy the film we did!!!

Well I've even washed the actual quilt today haha and am having a massive clear out. Jay left me sorting furniture and sofas out ghis morning now wants to sit on his bum and watch cricket all day so he's had a telling off as u can imagine. Everything will shine and gleam today so I am distracted from eating and feeling hungry. Need to be back in the pink by Monday xxx
