Hi there sparklygal .... Hope you are doing well this week and managing to stick to it ok ... I will be joining you all in the next few days. Sent off for my first months TS yesterday so hopefully it will get here soon and I will be able to start and get on with shedding these unwanted pounds xxx

Thank you! Yeah I'm still going strong! Not sure actually where this willpower is coming from!! It's amazing how quickly you get used to it though. Hello all, I'm restarting tomorrow...initially lost on Exante but after I got married, and went back to work i let the stress hit me like a freight train! The weight is back and I think I'm heavier than I was before I got married! Today is a prep day..
